Perkins engine(U.K) was formed as F.Perkins Ltd. on the 7th June 1932 in Peterborough, England by Frank Perkins.
It is one of the world’s leading diesel engine manufactures, from 1932, Perkins design the world’s first high-speed diesel engine “Perkins four cylinder Vixen”, and in 1935, Perkins became the first company to hold six world diesel speed records for variety of distances set at the brooklands race track in Surrey.
